Is each association its own site?add
Yes. Every association gets its own simplHOA site and its own database. Nothing is shared with other associations.
How do homeowners prove they own their home?add
They upload a deed, closing statement, or property tax statement. Only they and your board can see it. The board verifies the property, and the homeowner gets an email.
Can the architectural committee use it without seeing everything?add
Yes. Committee members review architectural requests, while ownership documents, disputes, and site content stay with the board.
